[Story of the Blanks]

I was pleasantly surprised

I really didn't think I was going to like this, even though I am a fan of 8-bit and My Little Pony, but I was wrong. Well done.

Fun times.

Though I never really figured out most of the special moves. The only one I could figure out was the one that had the same input combo as the Hadoken from street fighter, and I only know that from Mega Man X...
I don't really play fighting games...

Feh...

Didn't actually try to break the game... was careful not to let the bodies pile on top of me... hell, I even managed to keep myself on the bodies until I discovered it didn't really matter... at which point I'd already acquired the Dualies and anything beyond that... well... I was kind of hoping I'd reach the moon or something, but then I noticed that the sky wasn't moving, so I stopped playing... got really dull and repetative after I got the dual pistols.

The only strategy/defense game I've ever beaten

Although, all the other games were either made by big companies with virtually endless budget, or were endless or impossible for a person of average intelligence to beat... Whatever, that's besides the point. The point is, that this was an enjoyable game, it gave me the appropriate sense of inflated ego that is to be expected from a game where you play a megalomaniacal dictator bent on world destruction. This was definitely worth the wait, and I eagerly, but patiently, await your next submission.

Don't scoff powerpoint

I've done some pretty impressive things with PowerPoint. Things way more impressive than this Flash. Yes that's right, everything you did in this flash can be done in PowerPoint, will take less time, and will look better because of it. Using flash for this sort of thing is like trying to use a lawnmower to cut hair, time consuming and inefficient, and comes out much worse than it would have if you had used the proper tools. In future, I recommend you use PowerPoint for your class projects, unless you intend to make full motion animations, for which I recommend Flash.
Regardless, I expect it's better than anything your classmates conjured up, so I'll give you a star for that.

Could be better...

An accurate parody of Microsoft's Windows OS would be one that looks fantastic, but runs really slow and doesn't do anything useful. You've got the "doesn't do anything useful" part down, now all you need is the "looks fantastic" and the "runs really slow" parts. Also, the error messages might be funnier if they looked a little more professional. Use the same font Windows does, Tahoma. You've got a good start here, however, it's still only a start.
